Each student is eligible to apply for Grants (money that doesn’t have to be paid back) and Affordable Student Loans. A knowledgeable Financial Aid rep can help you discover for which loans and monies you qualify and help you develop a plan to make your career goals a reality.

Career Training Academy® has a successful mentoring program. Each student is assigned a mentor upon starting class. Mentors are available to discuss academic problems and can offer suggestions for improvement. Personal problems also may arise at times. Mentors may be able to recommend individual service agencies for help. You’re sure to succeed faster with the on-going personal support of your Mentor.
Unlike some schools, where you’re just one of dozens, or even hundreds in a classroom, at CTA you’ll receive individualized attention from instructors because we deliberately keep our classes small. Small classes are part of how we’re able to offer exceptional career training in less time than traditional colleges.

At Career Training Academy® we guarantee all training we offer. We will offer tuition-free training to any graduate whose skill level is found to be deficient for a job in the area in which they’ve trained.
Career Training Academy® is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) and Licensed by The State Board of Private Licensed Schools Pennsylvania Department of Education, so you know in whatever program you are interested, it has been held to the highest standard.
CTA offers students access to counselling services 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
